How I Take My Coffee:
Every morning I do a simple pour over using a Hario V60 and a Stagg kettle from Fellow.
Favorite Coffee Drink:
Since the 90's, I've loved stopping in to Sant Ambroeus on Madison Avenue in NYC and enjoying a macchiato with fan cookies, standing at the bar. It's less about the bean and more about the experience, and it's a truly special one.
Roast Preference:
I'm an equal-opportunity coffee drinker: all styles, roast levels, origins, etc. It's all delightful.
Favorite Brew Method:
Pour over, for sure.
