medium roast smack-dab somewhere between the first and second crack. No oil but rounded edges and slightly cracked at the ends. Love the hint of sweet imparted by the bourbon barrel but it doesn’t interfere with the natural flavors of the beans (which are decidedly “coffee” rather than berry). Yummy way to start the day :)"
