Roaster's Notes
Katia Duke ran her Yellow Obata as a full natural, then moved the entire lot into her kitchen, where her crew sorted it by hand on small screens for two months. Four bags came out of that for the whole year and we have two of them. Sangria and opal apple up front, papaya and butterscotch behind them, custardy body, tropical acidity.
