Caffe Vita

Turn it up. Drink it black.
Curator's Notes
Caffe Vita has been the coffee of Seattle's independent music and arts scene since 1995, roasting by hand on Capitol Hill in a building splashed with a massive colorful mural, right in the heart of it all. Farm direct sourcing pioneers, hand-roasting on vintage German machines, certified organic, and with a barista champion leading their coffee program. They now operate roasteries and cafes across Seattle, Brooklyn, Portland, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. Vita takes the business of coffee very seriously. You, the audience, should simply be enjoying yourself. In the cup, expect a seasonally rotating lineup with serious range: chocolate-forward blends, bold espresso, and sweet single origins from up-and-coming origins like Congo, Uganda, and Mexico alongside the classics.
From the Roaster
Caffe Vita has been roasting coffee as an independent and locally owned company since 1995. We roast our coffee by hand, highlighting the intentionality and craft of the farmer. Purposeful connections make life better - building a community of producers and loyal customers that care motivates us as much as creating the perfect blend. Together we can positively impact the future of coffee, and the individuals that keep this industry thriving. Our coffee is always fresh and hand-roasted on site at one of our three roasteries in Seattle, Brooklyn, and Phoenix.
