Camber was founded in 2015 by three certified Q-graders with a shared obsession: coffees with exceptional sweetness, complexity, and balance. Awards came fast, but the team stayed humble, cupping every single roast to make sure the standard never slips. Named Best Coffee in Washington State by Food & Wine in 2018, Camber has become a quiet powerhouse, partnering with some of the most respected cafes and restaurants in the country. Their Bellingham flagship, which opened in 2017, pairs their coffees with fresh, creative food and is exactly the kind of place you'd drive out of your way for. In the cup, expect precisely roasted, beautifully balanced coffees that reward your attention.

Camber was started in 2015 by three certified Q-graders who were (and still are) passionate about sourcing and roasting coffees with exceptional sweetness, complexity, and balance. Despite receiving multiple awards straight out of the gate, they've remained aware that they're only as good as their last batch, which is why they cup every single roast. In 2017, they opened their flagship cafe, where they serve fresh, creative food and beverages. In 2018, they were named Best Coffee in Washington State by Food & Wine Magazine. They partner with some of the most highly regarded cafes and restaurants in the country, including Milstead & Co, Konbi, and Coyle's Bakeshop, to name a few.
