Goshen Coffee has been brewing up good things in St. Louis since 2002, building a reputation for exceptional sourcing, creative seasonal offerings, and what they call "good shit energy": a genuine commitment to pouring care into every step, from farm to cup. Their "cultivated trade" sourcing model goes beyond Fair Trade pricing, working directly with each farm to determine exactly what they need to reinvest and thrive. The accolades back it up: Good Food Award winners, 13 Golden Bean medals, and multiple US Coffee Championship finalists. Roasted to order, 90% more energy efficient than traditional roasting, and deeply committed to the community they serve. In the cup, expect bright, creative, fruit-forward coffees with a seasonal sensibility and real depth.

Here at Goshen, coffee is more than what wakes you up in the morning. We're a family-owned and female-lead coffee roaster in the heart of Southern Illinois that has been providing specialty crafted coffee for 20+ years. Our dedication lies in cultivating good energy in the coffee experience which starts with our growing partners and reaches all the way to your cup of Goshen you drink every morning (or whatever time of the day you choose). When you drink our coffee, there's nothing else to say but "Wow, that's some good shit." Why are we committed to sharing good energy? The answer is easy: you get back what you give out.
