"Probably as fruity as it gets without drifting into co-ferment territory. This coffee is deeply fruity, very jammy and a bit of sparkly orange in there. It isn't a washed ethiopia that is super clean, it's thick and syrupy due to the anaerobic processing, but excellent variation of an ethiopian natural - would order again."

The co-ferment trend is on full display, and this one truly resembles a jammy fruit-snack or strawberry candy. Best brewed on a v60 or Kalita Wave to maximize some jammy syrupy thickness and draw out the deep sweetness in the coffee seed."
