Can I customize the coffees I receive?

Yes! You have a few ways to customize your coffee experience. When starting a subscription, you can select your roast preference (light to dark), and we’ll tailor selections to match your taste. Once your subscription is active, you can also use the “Choose Coffee” option in your account’s Coffee Plan section to view and update what’s scheduled for upcoming shipments. We’ll also send reminder emails before each shipment with a preview of what’s coming—giving you another opportunity to make changes if you’d like. Please note that some products (like curated gift boxes) are designed to include a range of coffees and aren’t customizable at this time.
