Roaster's Notes
An anaerobic Rwanda with tart, tangy fruit up front, supported by notes of dark chocolate and rich aromatic wood. As well as a Bronze winning coffee in the 2025 Golden Bean awards. This fantastic coffee starts with authentic Rwandan coffee which is fermented for 72 hours in order to create unique notes of ripe red fruit and cacao nibs. The Gasharu team takes great care to monitor and enhance the fermentation process for a memorable experience to coffee lovers.
