1. SPONSOR
The "Back to the Good Morning Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Bean Box, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 1037 NE 65th Street, PMB 326, Seattle, WA 98115. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any mobile carrier.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on September 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are four ways to receive entries. Three require no purchase or payment of any kind. All entries, however obtained, have an equal chance of being selected.
(a) Free entry by text message
Text the keyword MORNINGS to 70928 during the Entry Period to receive 500 entries. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not required to enter or to win. Opting out of text messages after entering does not void entries already received. Limit one text entry per mobile number for the Entry Period.
(b) Free entry by email
Submit your email address on the entry form at beanbox.com/giveaway during the Entry Period to receive 500 entries. Entries are credited automatically after submission. By entering by email, you agree to receive recurring marketing emails from Sponsor at the address provided; you may unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive marketing emails is not required to enter or to win — free entry is also available by text (Section 4(a)) and by mail (Section 4(c)). Limit one email entry per email address for the Entry Period.
The text and email methods are a combined entry: an entrant may receive the 500 entries under Sections 4(a) and 4(b) once for the Entry Period — by text or by email, whichever is used first — not both.
(c) Free entry by mail
To enter by mail, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3×5 inch card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Each valid mail-in card receives 500 entries. Limit one card per envelope. There is no limit on the number of envelopes an entrant may mail. Cards must be hand-printed. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, or printed entries are void. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 29, 2026 and received no later than October 6, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or incomplete mail-in entries.
(d) Entries with a purchase
Eligible purchases made at beanbox.com during the Entry Period receive entries as follows. Entries are credited automatically at the time of purchase.

Gift cards purchased during the Entry Period earn entries at the time of purchase, and purchases paid for in whole or in part with a gift card, store credit, or promotional code earn entries like any other eligible purchase. Per-dollar entries are calculated on the item's listed price at the time of purchase, excluding taxes and shipping; promotional codes and member discounts applied at checkout do not reduce the entries earned.
5. ENTRY MULTIPLIERS
During the following promotional windows, the per-dollar purchase entries under Section 4(d) are multiplied. Free entries under Sections 4(a), 4(b), and 4(c) are not multiplied, and the number of mail-in envelopes an entrant may submit remains unlimited at all times.

Multipliers apply to the per-dollar entries in Section 4(d) only. Subscription entries (250, 500, and 1,000) are fixed and are not multiplied. If more than one multiplier could apply to a purchase, the highest single multiplier applies; multipliers do not combine. Sponsor reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue a multiplier window; any change will be posted on this page before it takes effect.
6. ENTRY LIMITS & VERIFICATION
One combined free entry by text message or email (500 entries total per person, per Section 4) for the Entry Period. Unlimited mail-in envelopes, one hand-printed card per envelope. Purchase entries are unlimited and accrue with each eligible order. Entries are associated with the entrant's email address. Multiple email addresses, phone numbers, accounts, or identities used by a single person to obtain additional free entries will void all entries associated with that person. Use of any robotic, automated, macro, programmed, or third-party service to enter is prohibited and will void all affected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes was obtained in violation of these Official Rules.
7. PRIZES
Twelve (12) prizes will be awarded. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes: $1,600.90.

The coffee component of the Grand Prize will be fulfilled as a complimentary twelve-month Bean Box subscription and does not automatically renew. Fellow® and Bella+Canvas® are trademarks of their respective owners, which are not sponsors of and are not affiliated with this Giveaway.
8. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Entry Period.
9. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Twelve (12) potential winners will be selected in a single random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 9, 2026. The first name drawn will receive the Grand Prize; the next eleven names drawn will each receive a Runner-Up Prize. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Potential winners will be notified by email and, where a mobile number was provided, by text message, within five (5) business days of the drawing, and will be announced by first name and last initial on beanbox.com/giveaway on or about October 16, 2026. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return any required documents, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant selected at random.
10. PRIZE CONDITIONS & TAXES
All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes will be shipped to a U.S. address only. All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC where required by law.
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of the entrant's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and social media handle for promotional, advertising, and trade purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, review, or consideration.
12. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, possession, or use or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for: entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed, or not received for any reason; telephone, network, electronic, hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions; failures of any text message or email to be delivered; or any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
13. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
14. WINNERS LIST
Winners will be posted by first name and last initial at beanbox.com/giveaway on or about October 16, 2026. 15. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://beanbox.com/privacy . Entrants who provide a mobile number to enter by text will receive Giveaway-related messages and, where they have consented, recurring marketing messages; consent to marketing messages is not required to enter or to win, and entrants may reply STOP at any time. Entrants who provide an email address to enter by email will receive Giveaway-related and recurring marketing emails as described in Section 4(b), and may unsubscribe at any time.
16. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
